By accessing or using Atlas Business Software services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Atlas Business Software provides software development, consulting, and SaaS products including but not limited to:

  • Custom software development services
  • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps services
  • Atlas Deploy - CI/CD platform
  • Atlas Insight - Business intelligence platform
  • Technical consulting and support

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Services
  • Use Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

For paid Services, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plans and payment terms, provide accurate billing information, pay applicable taxes, and accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Atlas Business Software and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. For custom development work, intellectual property ownership is specified in the Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement.

7. Service Level Agreement

SLA terms are defined in your subscription plan or service agreement. We commit to maintain specified uptime levels, provide service credits for SLA violations, and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, will meet your specific requirements, or that all errors will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Business Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, if required by law, or at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
